The seating chart will be posted in the studio, and you can see every seat and its price on the ticket page itself.
- Balcony — $60 Regular · $70 Deluxe
- Rear Orchestra — $60 Regular · $70 Deluxe · $90 Premium · $105 Premium Plus
- Front Orchestra — $60 Regular · $70 Deluxe · $90 Premium
How to purchase once ticket sales have opened
- Go to theatre.maratdaukayev.org/nutcracker-2026-tickets and sign in with the email address the studio has on file for you — a sign-in code is emailed to you, no password needed.
- Select the show — tickets are sold per performance.
- Select your level (Balcony, Rear Orchestra, Front Orchestra) and pick your seats, then Add to cart.
- Keep selecting seats until your order is complete, then go to the cart and Proceed to checkout.
- In billing details, enter your dancer’s name in the field “Please enter the dancer you’re sponsoring (optional)”. Each dancer must be identified for 10-ticket purchases. Then place the order.
- Your receipt and seat details arrive by email once payment goes through — that email is your confirmation, not your admission ticket. Your printed theater tickets must be picked up at MDSB on the posted dates before the event (see “Picking up tickets” below). If no email arrives within 24 hours, please email ticket-support@maratdaukayev.org or use the enquiry form — both reach the same support desk.
Picking up tickets
We strongly urge you to pick up your tickets at the studio ahead of the show. Pick-up days are Sat Nov 21, Sun Nov 22, Sat Nov 28, and Sun Nov 29 — the pick-up window times will be announced later. Tickets not collected at the studio will be waiting at the MDSB will-call table outside the theatre. Kindly hand your purchased tickets directly to your guests before the performance.
Policies and tips
- No returns or exchanges. Move swiftly, but don’t panic-shop.
- Seats in your basket are held for you for about 10 minutes (at most 30 from the first seat you take). If the hold lapses before checkout, the seats go back on sale — so complete your order promptly.
- We are a small not-for-profit — much, much smaller than Ticketmaster — so please be patient at busy moments.
