Supplying your artwork
If you are supplying a print-ready advertisement, please make sure it is:
- the correct size for the space you have booked, from the table above;
- at least 300 dpi;
- JPEG or PDF — these are the only formats we can accept;
- supplied without bleed or borders.
Upload it to your order on this site by Sunday, November 8, 2026. You will find your placement, and everything you have sent us so far, in your account — there is no need to email anything.
We will design it for you, free
If you would rather not prepare artwork, we will design your advertisement at no additional charge. Upload your images and type the text you would like to appear, along with any preference you have for the layout, and our designer will take it from there. Every advertisement is printed in full colour.
Families: a message to your dancer
Family and friends of our dancers can place a congratulatory message in the book — a photograph and a few words for your dancer. Upload the picture and type your message when you place your order. Each child looks for their message when the books arrive at the theatre, and these books are kept as mementos for years afterwards.
The show and the book
Our annual production of The Nutcracker, a beloved Los Angeles tradition, is held at the Luckman Theatre at California State University, Los Angeles — one of the city’s largest stages, seating 1,152 guests. We expect more than 4,000 Los Angeles area residents to attend, giving your advertisement extensive exposure through our professionally produced Program Book.
About Marat Daukayev Ballet Theatre
MDBT is a 501(c)(3) organisation dedicated to bringing dance to children who might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the arts. By advertising in our Program Book you help underwrite the cost of our production and make participation more accessible to local children.
